All Voters Vote has succeeded in obtaining the required number of petition signatures to place a proposed constitutional amendment on the November 2020 ballot in Florida. The proposal, designated Amendment 3, will allow all registered voters to vote in every election. Specifically, it will implement a top two open primaries for all state races, including races for the legislature, governor, and cabinet.

Florida Fair and Open Primaries has worked continuously for many years in support of top two open primaries. We are excited that an amendment will finally be on the ballot, but we need to continue working diligently to create public awareness. Many voters, being consumed with this year's presidential race, have not heard about Amendment 3.
